"Les Bordeaux d’avant devaient rester vingt ans en cave avant d’arriver à maturité. alors que ceux produits de nos jours sont buvables dès trois ans et sont fruités. C’est ennuyeux. Mais on dirait que ce n’est pas encore arrivé avec un Bourgogne, mais ces vins sont très chers … Ce qu’il y a de plus triste, c’est qu’un Bourgogne abordable est certainement trop juste et pas assez profond. De ce fait, je préfère me payer un Cahors plutôt qu’un Bourgogne."
